What’s the point in saying that you hate an artist or that a particular band/artist sucks? I can’t stand Madonna but that’s just me…she obviously has her fans and let them enjoy her. The “haters” who claim the Misfits suck – in general or just without Danzig – are losers. I love the original Misfits and the Graves-era Misfits but now feel The Devil’s Rain is my fave Misfits album. I endured a life-time of ridicule for being a KISS fan from the mid-70s and never cared what the “haters” said. KISS has also gone through lineup changes and some former fans are unhappy about that….this won’t stop me from still enjoying the band.

Do the A-holes who say the Misfits are shit without Danzig think their opinion counts with anyone but themselves? Again, only a loser would take the time to trash someone just to make themselves feel like they know something the rest of us don’t.

Blink always sucked and always will – period. Misfits on the other hand, had (and still have) some great moments, though they’re not “all killer, no filler” either.

That’s right Lou, Mad Marc Rude (Marc S. Hoffman) created the Misfits skull logo. I am 100% positive of this because I am his widow. Just for the record, he is the artist who did the artwork for their first album.

You are all super-fags. The Misfits were good, anyone sweating whether or not they were deep or meaningful should have their face caved-in. Catchy tunes, that’s it. As my friend’s father once said, regarding comments my friend and I were making whilst watching one of his bestiality videos, “If you going to intellectualize this shit, I’m going to turn it off”.

Additionally, is the author of this post 9? Gaussian blur and levels? You have achieved extra-fag status, or you threw the anachronistic Photoshop reference in purely to annoy me.

Okay look. The Misfits Skull comes from a 1930′s gangster/crime serial (one short 10 minute episode every week) called The Crimson Ghost. Stan Lee used the picture in his magazine from the show. Glenn Danzig used a xerox machine to get the effect.
However, not to totally discredit you, Glenn Danzig has stolen many of his designs from comic books. the cover of Die Die My Darling is from a 1950′s horror comic called Chamber of Chills, and the actual Danzig skull is from the 1980′s toy-crossover comic Crystar, the Crystal Warrior.
There’s this cool website you should check out, it’s called WIKIPEDIA and it knows a whole lot more about stuff than anyone on streetcarnage.
