watching phil donahue analyzing agnostic front was incredible. Thank you – seriously.
yeah watching donahue trying to understand the nascent “conservatism”, for lack of a better word, in the NYC/HC scene should be attached as Exhibit A to that classic “baby boomer – kill your parents” piece GM wrote before. awesome.
does anyone know why it is that every time an asian person is within 50 feet of a camera, they have to flash a peace sign?
I don’t know about all of Asia, but one reason why it’s de rigueur with Japanese subjects probably has something to do with Little Boy and Fat Man running roughshod over a handful of genetic generations. Not to mention Godzilla. All that destruction makes a body want to know if he or she can get a little peace up in this motherfucker.
It’s a victory sign, not a peace sign. Imagine you’re a tiny island in the pacific with the most technologically efficient society ever; what sign are you going to throw up? Peace? Fuck no! You’re going to be all VICTORY NIGGA, VICTORY!
The Palestinians do the same thing.
you can stumble on websites too. finding interesting information to impress your friends or make blogs with just got easier
