Years ago I was at my buddy Shawn Wilson’s home and his sister and her friends were cooing and crying while watching Dirty Dancing (aka Filthy Prancing) on the television machine as he and I stood their laughing up a storm . Finally Shawn’s sister stood up in a rage, tears rolling down her cheeks and screamed “He’s doing it for the applause”
I was wearing red, ball-hugging gitch and a fur coat at the time (as is my proclivity) and we further laughed our behinds right off of our bodies.
Since then, my ass has been reattached and the laughter has been replaced by a solemn nod.
He simply did it for the applause. That’s all.
I gotta go for a walk now.
