FINALLY! A reporter that gets to the bottom of the rape sitch and at a press conference to boot. The chief of police needs to be teaching woman not to get raped so he can have less of a problem. If I were him I’d start kicking and biting her right thereto show that he gets the message and that he’s not some lame duck asshole cop chief. However men can’t scream that well so that would have to be a different instructor. DUH!
