On April 23rd , 1949, God decided to take a day off from being an asshole and brought us, what he once described as, “Me’s gift.” That’s right, tomorrow is Joyce DeWitt’s birthday and we are going to be spinning Three’s Company-inspired records all night at The Legion. (790 Metropolitan – L Train to Graham). Festivites begin at 9PM and please dress 80s.

it was not exactly a blow out but fun nontheless.
the music was good but lets just say i’m glad i live two blocks away – that’s me local waterin’ ‘ole – and didn’t travel through snow ice mountains hobgoblins crooked border guards poisonous snakes terrorists barren deserts and other travails to get there.

muthafutha’s right – it all happened in my mind….ha – no… actually – being a product of liberal american schooling i never read the actual date and ASSumed that since it was posted yesterday it was yesterday (and yes I see now that the first sentence has the date). I strolled over with some girlfriends for the “party” and they were wondering why there was no: (a) 80′s theme (b) b-day theme (c) street carnage people or (d) real party. They know I am a complete idiot though so they weren’t too surprised. The girls did shots anyway and wore nice tasty high heels so Bravo to them. i’ll make sure they have high heels on again though as recompense Gavin as i see you..umm..like shoes a wee bit. Very high teetery ones.
