I remember an ex -girlfriend’s drunk father once confessing to me, “whenever I saw a well dressed Black guy I thought .. PIMP!” (I’m a magnet for those sorts of verbal trinkets.)
Anyway, “well dressed” is subjective, but when I see a guy dressed like a gay super hero I think… Gay super hero. I don’t even have time to get into race.
Also, how does one set up a meeting with Revlon about selling your nails? Do they approach you? Are you nails that legendary in the mens nail scene?. I can’t begin imagine setting up that meeting. Why didn’t American Pimp documentary just shift gears and investigate that?
